Marcin Osiecki has over 25 years of experience developing software for the financial industry. After earning a Master's degree in Computer Science from Columbia University, Marcin worked for several Wall Street investment banks and fintech companies before joining BNY in 2015. In 2021, Marcin was promoted to “Distinguished Engineer” in recognition of his contributions to technology at BNY Mellon.
Marcin is a practitioner, advocate for technical excellence, effective usage of AI tools, agile methodologies, continuous learning and creative thinking. He holds a patent on electronic signature matching (USSN: 16/182,789) and is passionate about eliminating inefficiencies.
Marcin currently resides in New York with his wife and three sons.
